I couldnt take a picture because the people sitting behind me could already tell i was screwing around on my computer only pretending to take notes. haha. although, i did take notes, he just talks so slow i had some free time in between words. haha.
Most boring class ever. Sounds like a good time to meditate. But can you meditate and take notes? Just remember to reward yourself for going to every class at the end of the week :) Hang in there! All those people who drop will only have to psych themselves up another semester to just do it and finish the class.
whoa, for a second i thought Nikki wrote that comment. we agreed we were both going to try to meditate 30 mins a week. like 3 ten minute sessions. how crazy that you said that! but yeah i definitely cant take notes and meditate at the same time, i dont think either would happen. haha. and even tho i blog in class. im taking notes! haha.
