4th of July!
4th of July is the best holiday ever to live at the beach for. Because soooo many people come down here and you are cool and dont have to drive because you live here. I love it. Lots of my friends live down here too so we just hang out around the neighborhood riding bikes from house to house and laying around the beach and watching the bands play. Then we go to Taylor's house for BBQ and then when it gets dark we go back to the beach and watch the fireworks. You run into a ton of people you havent seen in forever...people you've missed and people you didnt. haha. Its a lot of fun. Here are some pictures. Happy 4th!

Yes, There is little to compare with hanging out in your front yard with friends and the rest of "VenTucky"
White trash all the way! I love 4th of July on Pierpont, one can't ask for better people watching experiences. Did you happen to see the girl who stopped the moshers in front of the band so that she could hoolahoop in her bikini for everyone!?! The best part was a couple of old guys went up and tried her hoolahoops out and they weren't too bad. I'm sure thats what she was hoping for.
This year had a crazy amount of people down at the beach. The combo of Holiday, Friday, Sunny and Hot! :)
dave-o and i were talking about how many people there were. we're suprised they havent shut down the bands playing, with all the drunken 14 year olds and what not. ohhhh ventucky. haha. i missed the hoola hooping girl :( oh well. i did however, get asked if i was marilyn monroe by an old drunk man. i said "yes, whats your name....oh nice to meet you." it was pretty funny. he walked away saying "nice ta meet ya marilyn!"
Sound like fun! The beach sounds nice, but not all the drunken teens...what's the fun in having a party on the fourth if you can't remember it?
Too funny. I'm sorry I missed out on all the fun!
