Post Op

well wisdom teeth surgery was not nearly as bad as i had anticipated. My dad came in while my mom and i were in the waiting room. He's good friends with the oral surgeon because they went to dental school together. They decided not to take the top ones out because they are so underdeveloped. and i chose to opt out of the frenectomy because the recovery is difficult and i would rather do that surgury just by itself. i guess i was kinda silly after i came out of anesthesia. i asked who put my sweatshirt on me 3 times and i didnt believe that i was already done with my surgery. haha. i've slept since i got home and now im awake and alert and not loopy anymore. im on pain meds and i am biting on gauze. a few of my friends are coming over (sarah, sophia, and amanda) to watch movies with me. its really not too bad and as of now im thinking i will be up and moving by tomorrow or sunday! Woohoo maxillofacial surgery! :)

as I said on your mom's blog, i totally remember that feeling of not knowing how I got my shoes on and how I got places. I hated that! it's amazing how perfect their drugs are. good to hear that it's not too painful! that's lucky that you didn't have to get them all out!

You look like you are doing really well! When I had mine out the blood clots dissolved or dislodged (or something). It was horrible! Your mom's description was so funny on her blog. I was laughing to myself.
