DO NOT wash navy blue and grey things together...
Nothing got ruined, however, everything has a slightley bluer hue now than when it entered the washing machine. haha oh the joys of learning to live on your own. :)

Don't feel silly. It still happens once in a while even after you've lived on your own for a while. for instance Sarah's cute pink slipper that managed to get in a load of jeans is now more of a blue tinged pink slipper. Dinner at our house this Sunday 6!

No matter how many times you hear that you're supposed to separate colors, you still have to do it wrong at least once in order to really understand. I think it's one of those "learn from your own mistakes" things. It's makes for a good story though, right?
I remember right after grandma died and I did a nice thing for grandpa and washed his g's. Somehow something red got into the load and grandpa had pink underwear. He didn't complain though. I have always been grateful for that because I felt SO bad. Pink underwear. Not a good thing.
